Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Overview

Carle Health is seeking additional CRNAs to join our established Anesthesia team at Carle Health Methodist Hospital in Peoria, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

• Daytime only position
• Collaborative team with 15 anesthesiologists and 30 CRNAs dedicated to patient‑centered care
• Generous salary and sign‑on bonus package
• No overnight call
• 4 weekend shifts per year (Saturdays daytime only); optionally swap shifts with teammates
• 8‑hour shifts
• Diverse case exposure including orthopedics, neuro, ENT, urology, general surgery, plastics, podiatry, GI, electrophysiology, vascular and healthy pediatrics (no neonatal)
• Caring, supportive surgical environment
• Experienced, respectful support staff, supervised by anesthesiologist

Educational / Experience Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing Anesthesia

Licensure / Certification Requirements

• Current Illinois Advanced Practice Nurse license and current certification through NBCRNA
• Certified ACLS

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $296,858–$321,568. This represents a good‑faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
