We’re looking for energetic, friendly, customer-focused Sales Associates who are ready to bring their personality, enthusiasm, and love of great customer service to the team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be more than just ringing up purchases—you’ll help customers find boots they’ll love and create an experience they’ll remember.

You’ll:

• Welcome customers and make them feel right at home
• Ask the right questions to understand what customers need and recommend products that fit their style, lifestyle, and budget
• Help customers find the right fit while developing strong knowledge of our products and brands
• ? Showcase boots, apparel, and accessories and help customers put together the perfect look
• Stay up to date on new products, promotions, and special offers
• ? Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and ready for customers
• Work together as a team to achieve sales goals and create an outstanding customer experience
• Bring energy and enthusiasm to every shift!

? WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You don’t have to be a boot expert when you walk through our doors—we can teach you the products. What we can’t teach is personality, work ethic, and a genuine desire to help people.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with customers
• A strong communicator who enjoys connecting with people
• Energetic and motivated in a fast-paced retail environment
• A team player who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed
• Goal-oriented and excited about achieving sales results
• Interested in western, work, and lifestyle footwear and apparel
• Available for a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus—but NOT required!

Requirements

Essential Physical Requirements:  

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift)
• Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.

Salary Description

18.00
