Start Building Your Future today!We are seeking a Senior Contracts Specialist that thrives in a fast-paced environment to support the Search, Track, Acquire, Radiate, Eliminate (STARE) Project Office. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks based upon customer guidance, attention to detail, and analytical skills. It involves comprehensive cradle to grave contracting actions, interpreting and applying laws, regulations, policies, standards, and procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).ResponsibilitiesServe as a contracts advisor to government customers, communicating contract policy and practiceAssist with contract strategy developmentCoordinate closely with critical stakeholders, driving alignment and collaboration with the Project Office, Contracting Officer's Representative, Administrative Contracting Officer, and the Army Contracting CommandAnalyze contract issues and coordinate recommended solutionsManage the full life cycle of complex contract modifications, ensuring seamless execution from initial requirement through final executionAssist development and coordination of Contracts Requirements Packages (CRP)Organize and coordinate with technical and configuration management personnel to prepare Statements of Work (SOW) for new and existing contractsPrepare Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) memorandums and submit to Army Contracting Command (ACC) via the Paperless Contract File (PCF)Maintain a detail-oriented approach, ensuring that no contractual requirement slips throughEnsure contract reviews, approvals, and execution occur in accordance with US Government regulations and contracting guidelines.RequiredBA or BS degree10 years of related experienceMajor capability acquisition / weapon systems program experienceGovernment contracting experienceAbility to work with Integrated Product TeamsMust have an in-scope security clearanceDesired:Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contracting experienceDisability Accommodation for Applicants - Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and provides reasonable accommodation for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in its job application procedures.
