ESPAÑOL MINISTRY WORSHIP DIRECTOR (TROY CAMPUS)

Woodside Bible Church is seeking a gifted, spiritually mature Español Ministry Worship Director to lead worship for our Español congregation at the Troy Campus. This role partners closely with the Español Teaching Pastor to create Christ-centered worship experiences that encourage meaningful congregational engagement and reflect Woodside's worship philosophy. This is a part‑time, hourly position working approximately 10 hours per week. Membership and active participation at Woodside Bible Church are required. What You'll Do Serve as the primary worship leader for weekly Woodside Español services. Partner with the Español Teaching Pastor to plan engaging, Christ-centered worship experiences. Select music, prepare service plans, and coordinate weekly rehearsals. Recruit, schedule, encourage, and develop volunteer musicians. Cultivate a worship team culture marked by spiritual growth, humility, collaboration, and excellence. Collaborate with Woodside Worship and Production staff to maintain alignment with church-wide standards and resources. What We're Looking For A growing follower of Jesus with a heart for worship and serving the local church. Strong vocal and musical ability; proficiency in guitar or piano preferred. Previous worship leadership experience in a church or ministry setting strongly preferred. Ability to lead, encourage, and develop volunteer musicians. Strong relational, communication, and organizational skills. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English strongly preferred. Alignment with Woodside's mission, values, Statement of Faith, and philosophy of worship.
