We are seeking a Residential Mortgage Loan Originator specializing in FHA loans to join our team. You will evaluate and authorize the approval of residential FHA mortgage loans, guiding borrowers through the loan process with professional support and extensive resources. Our company provides client leads, eliminating the need for cold calling, and offers a collaborative environment with dedicated back office and sales support.

 

Responsibilities

• Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods
• Evaluate and authorize approval of residential FHA loans
• Collaborate with back office team for loan pricing and structuring
• Work with on-floor processor to ensure timely loan closings
• Coordinate with sales manager for guidance and support
• Manage client relationships and support throughout the loan process

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with FHA residential mortgage loan originations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with loan processing and sales management support
