Summary (Essential Functions): Prepare items required for workstation according to par sheets or instructions from Sous Chef. Prepare the highest quality food during service, in accordance with Club recipes and standards.Details:Prepare meats, seafoods, vegetables and other items required for line and special function purposes, including breakfast, lunch, and/or dinnerAssist with preparation of other food products on serving line as neededConsistently use safe and sanitary food handling procedures; use food preparation equipment according to manufacturers' instructions; clean workstation and equipmentSet up, maintain, break down, clean, and sanitize work stationCarefully follow Club recipes when pre-preparing and preparing all itemsServe items in accordance with established portion and presentation standardsNotify Sous Chef in advance of expected shortagesAssist with other duties as assigned by the Sous Chef or Executive ChefQualifications: Qualified candidates will be reliable, professional, and able to successfully work in a team environment. Candidates will have effective listening and communication skills and a strong desire to provide excellent service. Sign-on Bonus: After 6 months of service, employees receive sign-on bonuses as follows: 35+ hrs/wk - $1000 21 - 35 hrs/wk - $500 1 - 20 hrs/wk - $250  Cape Fear Country Club participates in "for cause" substance abuse testing only.
