Sales Solutions Engineer

Collaborating with sales teams and partners, the full-time Sales Solutions Engineer will execute technical pre-sales and post-sales activities, engage with customers to understand their cybersecurity needs, and facilitate product demonstrations in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Articulate solutions for service providers and end customers while participating as a technology expert in sales meetings and product demos Analyze business requirements and coordinate activities with customers, partners, and internal teams to drive sales strategies Manage strategic accounts and provide technical troubleshooting during the pre-sales process to secure technical wins Required qualifications 4-5 years of experience in a relevant position Experience with cloud-based applications such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace Knowledge in backup, disaster recovery, and storage solution design Security experience in areas like Antivirus, EDR/MDR/XDR, and Email Security Fluency in English with strong communication skills Virtual Vocations Inc
