• Action Line Sales Executives have a target annual earnings of $90,000, with some Team Members earning significantly more based on their performance. The pay rate is $18 per hour, plus bonuses outlined in the compensation plan.

Schedule Details:

Our Sales Office operates 7 days a week. Your workday will start at 7:30am-7:45am and end when client interaction is complete. Paid training is provided for your first 2 weeks. You will be assigned a 4-5 day working schedule following completion of training, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Japanese clients and present luxury Hilton Grand Vacation Club ownership products to potential buyers
• Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Liaise with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest related issues as they arise
• Attend all sales training and sales meeting for key information on Hilton Grand Vacation Club product and related updates
• Utilize selling concepts prompted at HGVC
• Utilize various forms of communication (ie: email, telephone and written correspondence) to interface with guest owners
• Ability to generate referral leads with each new customer
• Promote a positive work environment and adhere to Hilton Grand Vacation core values and policies
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with shown ability to close sales.
• Valid/Active Hawaii Real Estate License.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet all compensation plan goals.
• Fluency in Japanese and Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• It would be advantageous to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
• Previous experience in the sale or marketing of similar luxury goods or services, or previous experience selling branded Timeshare or Vacation Ownership products.
