Job Description

Hour: 5 pm- 12 pm, Friday & Saturday: 5 pm - 2 am(It depends on how we are busy)
Wage: $16 ~ $20 (will be decided upon reviewing your experience)
We are serving Hawaiian-Japanese fusion dishes created by Japanese experienced chef.
The first 1 month is a probationary period. ($15）

Daily Responsibilities:
1. Regular attendance is essential.
2. Prepare awesome meals for our customers according to our recipes & menu.
3. Follow established food safety, cleaning and maintenance procedures.
4. Work with all production Team Members to minimize waste.
5. Weigh, measure, mix and prep ingredients according to recipes.
6. Check food and ingredients for freshness.
7. Dishwashing, cleaning BOH thoroughly
8. Respect yourself and others.
