Teacher Assistant One-on-One

Triumph supports the education, well-being and self-sufficiency of young children and their families through high quality early childhood programs and community engagement.

As a Teacher Assistant One-on-One, you will provide one-on-one mental health and disability services and interventions to enrolled child with special needs. Support implementation of curriculum activities and materials in accordance with Individualized Education and/or Behavior Plans. Assist with and model behavior management techniques, including the use of Conscious Discipline. Assist teachers in creating an inclusive environment.

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree with ECE Preschool Certification preferred
• Experience working with children under five who have complex needs
• Able to work sensitively and effectively with young children with varied physical and emotional capabilities and diverse cultural backgrounds
• Ability to learn and implement the Conscious Discipline approach

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range between $18.92 - $24.15/hr. dependent on education and experience

Full Time (30 Hours), Monday – Friday, 52 weeks per year
