Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner

Ascend Medical Staffing

Location: Warsaw, IN (Northern Indiana)
Setting: Urgent Care MedStat
Role: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Schedule: 8 40 hours/week based on internal needs
Experience: 3 5 years in urgent care or emergency medicine required

7/14: 12:30 PM 8:30 PM
7/15: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
7/16: 12:00 PM 8:30 PM
7/17: 12:30 PM 8:30 PM
7/21: 12:30 PM 8:30 PM
7/28: 12:30 PM 8:30 PM
7/29: 12:00 PM 8:30 PM
August schedule pending

Note: No overtime weekly hours will not exceed 40 hours.

Key Responsibilities

Perform physical examinations and evaluate urgent medical conditions
Diagnose and treat illnesses and minor injuries
Educate and counsel patients
Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
Refer or transfer care as needed
