Night Shift (3x12s) RN Labor & Delivery/Med Surg Float Role (Important Notes) This is an L&D RN position Due to the rural facility / low birth volume, L&D is not always active When there are no L&D patients, RN will be required to float to Med-Surg Facility understands this is not a standard float role, but a necessity due to census Bill Rate Info: Current bill rate: $95 I advised we may need to increase to attract the right candidate for L&D + Med-Surg flexibility Facility is open to adjusting rate based on market needs We can submit in the range of $95?$105 BR Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital (FMDH) ?
