Night Shift (3x12s) RN Labor & Delivery/Med Surg Float Role (Important Notes) This is an L&D RN position Due to the rural facility / low birth volume, L&D is not always active When there are no L&D patients, RN will be required to float to Med-Surg Facility understands this is not a standard float role, but a necessity due to census Bill Rate Info: Current bill rate: $95 I advised we may need to increase to attract the right candidate for L&D + Med-Surg flexibility Facility is open to adjusting rate based on market needs We can submit in the range of $95?$105 BR Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital (FMDH) ? Glasgow, MT Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital is a 25-bed Joint Commission-accredited Critical Access Hospital located in Glasgow, Montana. As the primary healthcare provider for Northeast Montana, the facility offers emergency services, OB/L&D, Med Surg, surgery, radiology, rehabilitation, and specialty clinics while serving a large rural population. FMDH has been serving the community since 1911 and is known for its supportive, team-oriented environment and strong commitment to providing high-quality care close to home. The hospital is located in a scenic rural area with easy access to outdoor recreation, including fishing, hunting, and Fort Peck Lake.
