Job Description & Duties:

You will receive a monetized website that you must market, promote and to refer job seekers to use. 
You can market the site in any professional manner not limited to giving out business cards, flyer distribution, by use of signs, online (ex. Facebook, tagged, twitter) or simply by word of mouth. Your website does cost us to maintain it as for domain, hosting, maintenance which we will cover at no cost to you.

Every time a visitor uses your website to apply for jobs you will make a residual profit. Your website has the possibility of  making an average of $0.01 - $80.00+ from each visitor over a 7 day period depending on how many jobs they apply for on your website. Your account will be terminated If your website remains inactive for 10 consecutive days without generating any revenue and current earnings will be forfeited.

Job Requirements:

Applicants must have the following criteria to be considered for this job

• Must be over 18 years old.


• Must have internet access.


• Must have working contact phone.


• Must be able to work in the USA.


• Must posses a self starter, highly motivated attitude and positive personality with a drive for success.

Training:

We will also provide our recruiters with onsite training videos, tutorials and promotion strategies via our blog.  

Payout Policy:

You will receive 50% of all revenue generated by your website. If your website generates over $500 USD with in any month, you will also receive a 10% bonus giving you a 60% share of total revenues. You will be paid monthly for the previous months revenue generated by your website.

We require a 30 day probation period before issuing your first payout. Your payout will be sent to your  Rushcard and will be available within minutes for withdrawal. You must remember to pay your own taxes as you agree to be hired as a sub contractor for marketing purposes.

You will be sent a daily account balance report of total revenue generated. The minimum payout is $20 if your account is below $20 your revenue will rollover to the next payout and be added to your current revenues.
