Recruiter/HR Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter/HR Coordinator to join our team. This role involves sourcing top talent across various levels, building strong client relationships, and driving strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of human resources processes, and a proven track record in talent acquisition and sales.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and retain talented candidates for a variety of positions.


• Review employment applications, evaluate applicant information (e.g., work experience, education and training, job skills, reference checks) and interview potential candidates for open positions or refer to hiring manager.


• Correspond and communicate verbally and in writing with candidates in a timely, accurate basis.


• Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives: meeting with management to discuss needs.


• Onboarding new hires.


• Assist in business development (researching and finding prospective clients).


• Perform other duties as assigned.
