Preconstruction Manager-Commercial Construction (Procurement) $120000 - $175000 per year | Washington, DC | On-Site | Permanent Job Details Our new Preconstruction Manager will act as a key leader in the entire work acquisition process including management, coordination, and delivery of the preconstruction phases of the project and extensive client contact. Our Preconstruction Managers produce progress estimates at design milestones, evaluate material and system costs, review document progress and coordination, build and maintain subcontractor and vendor relationships. Preconstruction Managers are also responsible for detailed take‑offs and estimating, the definition of bid package scopes, and overseeing the subcontractor/supplier bidding process.
