We are looking for a Field Service Repair & Maintenance Technician in Addison, IL!
- $29.00 per hour.
- Mileage reimbursement.
- Full-time | Monday - Friday | 40 hours a week.
Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, solving problems, and being on the move instead of sitting behind a desk all day? We're looking for a Field Electro-Mechanical Services Technician to join our team and support customers throughout the local area.
In this role, you'll travel to customer sites to troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain Ricoh commercial and industrial printers and copiers. Every day is different, and you'll have the opportunity to work independently while providing exceptional service to clients.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Travel to customer locations throughout the Addison, Chicago, Des Plaines, and Elk Grove Village, IL area.
- Diagnose and repair Ricoh commercial and industrial printers and copiers.
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment installations.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hardware-related issues.
- Configure equipment and ensure proper operation.
- Provide professional customer service during on-site visits.
- Accurately document service activities and completed work.
What We're Looking For:
We're interested in candidates who have experience in one or more of the following:
- Field service or equipment repair.
- Mechanical troubleshooting.
- Electrical troubleshooting.
- Electromechanical repair.
- Industrial equipment maintenance.
- Automotive repair.
- Military technical experience.
- Manufacturing maintenance.

Important Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Comfortable working independently in the field.
- Ability to lift, move, and work with equipment as needed.
- This is a hands-on field service role focused on repairing and maintaining physical equipment.
