OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
WITH TITLE CLERK, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
Our growing, family-owned dealership is looking for a detail-oriented, motivated, and customer-focused Office Administrative Assistant to support our team with title processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable and general office duties.
FULL-TIME | MONDAY–FRIDAY | 8:00 A.M.– 5:00 P.M.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process titles and license paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Answer and direct incoming calls.
• Serve as a backup cashier as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
