Internal Labor Organizer and Union Campaign Lead

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is searching for a dedicated Labor Representative in Tualatin, Oregon. This full-time role focuses on empowering healthcare workers through the development of bargaining units, negotiating contracts, and advocating for members’ rights. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, at least three years of relevant experience, and strong negotiation and communication skills.
