Claims Supervisor

Virtual Vocations Inc

Coordinating daily activities of a claims team, the full-time Claims Supervisor will provide technical guidance, monitor workloads, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while working remotely. Key responsibilities Directs the claims team to deliver services that meet customer expectations and comply with standards Provides ongoing training and coaching to team members, ensuring they understand corporate policies and procedures Performs quality reviews on claims to ensure compliance with audit and quality standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience Five years of claims handling experience Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong aptitude for understanding technical solutions and tools Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating complex topics effectively
