Northwell Health Cancer Institute is seeking a dynamic, board-certified Hematologist-Oncologist to lead its Leukemia Program as System Head. This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of leukemia care at the R.J. Zuckerberg Cancer Center in New Hyde Park, New York, and across the Northwell Health system. The successful candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive and coordinated care, leveraging state-of-the-art facilities and a robust research infrastructure.

• Provides comprehensive and coordinated care to over 19,000 patients annually
• Physicians are employed through Northwell Health Physician Partners

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement system-wide leukemia treatment protocols
• Lead innovative clinical research initiatives, leveraging resources like the Feinstein Institute for Medical Research and our affiliation with Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory
• Mentor junior faculty and build a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
• Collaborate with a diverse team of over 200 cancer specialists across 25 sub-specialties
