It’s integrated throughout our culture from the approach we take in meetings, to the process we use in performance evaluations. Our in-house certified coach is always available to staff. For many years we worked directly with Mr. Koenig on a series of professional communications workshops. Over the years, those were integrated into our employee handbook and processes and procedures. Things like “straight talk” are now thoughtfully engrained in our daily workflows. Sue Zisko GROW Program. This program is an optional, year-long program designed to teach delegation skills, mindset management, time management, and other soft skills. On average, 3-6 people go through this program each year as a cohort. Assigned coach. Each staff member has an assigned coach who is available for coaching throughout onboarding and beyond. Coaches are trained for both structured meetings and impromptu questions. Partner contact. There is no better coach than the partner-in-charge. It’s common in our firm for the partners to meet and delegate directly to even our newest staff.
