Chief Estimator
PTSOL ® - Progressive Technology Solutions
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 15+ years of estimating experience
- 5+ years as a Chief Estimator, Preconstruction Director, or similar leadership role
- Experience working for a General Contractor
- Experience supervising estimating teams of 8+ employees
- Strong conceptual, schematic, design development, GMP, and construction estimating experience
- Experience with RFP/RFQ preparation and analysis
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and negotiations
Preferred:
- GMP and CMAR project delivery experience
- VDC (Virtual Design & Construction)
- Institutional, Healthcare, Commercial, Educational, and Mixed-Use project experience
