Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources operations within a fast-paced plant environment. This individual will serve as a strategic business partner to leadership while overseeing employee relations, recruiting, performance management, compliance, and day-to-day HR functions. Key Responsibilities Lead all human resources activities for a manufacturing facility including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management Partner with plant leadership to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and operational goals Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices Oversee hiring efforts for hourly and salaried positions across multiple departments Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and workplace standards Support training, coaching, performance development, and employee retention initiatives Assist with compensation, benefits administration, and HR reporting activities Drive HR process improvements and support a positive workplace culture Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred 5+ years of HR experience within manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environments Strong employee relations and leadership experience Knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and HR best practices Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employee populations Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
