Role Description Real Wear US is seeking a full-time Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team. The primary focus of this position is in-store retail sales and day-to-day store operations. You will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, processing transactions, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming. This position will also involve representing Real Wear US at occasional pop-ups, vending events, and other brand events, where you will help sell merchandise, interact with customers, and represent the brand. As an additional part of the role, you may assist with basic social media content creation and marketing. This includes occasionally filming content in the store or during scheduled content days and completing basic photo or video editing. Social media is a secondary responsibility—the main focus of this position is sales, customer service, and store operations. This is a full-time, on-site position working 5 days per week, generally from 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, with some flexibility required for occasional events. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly and attentive customer service to everyone who enters the store. Actively assist customers with products, sizing, recommendations, and purchasing decisions. Drive in-store sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and confidently recommending products. Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and other transactions using the store's POS/register system. Maintain accurate inventory and assist with receiving, organizing, restocking, and tracking merchandise. Keep the sales floor, fitting areas, displays, and other store areas clean, organized, and presentable throughout the day. Help maintain attractive product displays and ensure merchandise is properly organized. Become knowledgeable about Real Wear US products in order to effectively answer customer questions and make recommendations. Represent Real Wear US at pop-ups, vending events, and brand events, including assisting with setup, merchandise sales, customer interactions, and breakdown. Assist with other day-to-day retail and store responsibilities as needed. Occasionally assist with filming simple social media content in-store or during scheduled content days. Complete basic editing of short-form content when needed using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role is strongly preferred. Comfortable approaching customers, starting conversations, recommending products, and closing sales. Experience using a POS/register system is preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Friendly, outgoing, professional, and comfortable interacting with a variety of customers. Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to take initiative. Ability to maintain an organized and professional retail environment. Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. Availability to work full-time, 5 days per week, generally from 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. Flexibility to participate in occasional events, pop-ups, and vending opportunities. Basic familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok is a plus. Basic experience with Canva, CapCut, or other photo/video editing tools is a plus. Interest in fashion, activewear, fitness, or retail is a plus. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys sales, is confident working directly with customers, and takes pride in keeping a retail store organized and running smoothly.
