Sales and Marketing Representative

The Position requires that the applicant have the following skill sets:

- Bi-lingual a must (Spanish/English).

- Ambitious, self-driven.

- Must have a valid driver???s license (will be requested to provide current driving abstract).

- Able to work independently and with others.

- Friendly, cheerful, outgoing.

- Professional (dress, language).

- Prior insurance or Auto Sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.

Requirements

Looking for a person who will drive to businesses (Mortgage originators, real estate agents, apartment complexes) and market within a 20-25 mile radius from the office. Drive an increase in sales inquiries for the office by soliciting and explaining our sales referral program, promoting the business, and delivering referral incentive cards while maintaining a high focus on quality and integrity. Expectations also include identifying opportunities to increase referrals.

Position may be full time or part. Minimum 20 hours a week. There can be some flexibility on schedule by day and days per week. Full time position will include in-office duties and opportunities such as calling on unsold internet leads, handling service requests, and supporting the manager and owner.

Compensation is sales referral-based including a bi-weekly draw and opportunity for added bonus when making in-office lead referrals.
