Travel RN - Progressive Care Unit (PCU) - 7P - 7ALocation: Aurora, COAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule: Shift: 7 PM - 7 AMJob Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel RN for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This position requires a compassionate caregiver with the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work alongside a dynamic team and have the opportunity to care for patients with a variety of acute and chronic conditions.Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive patient care in the Progressive Care Unit.Monitor patients' vital signs and health conditions.Administer medications and treatments per physician's orders.Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement effective care plans.Float to all inpatient Med/Tele and Rehab units as necessary.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:Minimum 1-year current acute care PCU experience.BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.NIH Stroke Scale certification is required.Prior Meditech experience is preferred.Chemo Certification preferred for scheduling on the Oncology unit.Best Personality Fit: The ideal candidate will possess flexibility, a team-oriented mindset, and a strong sense of compassion for patients.
