This is a full time position located at MLIH's Dental clinic at our 3 Mile location in Logan, WV.

We are looking to hire a personable dental receptionist to ensure that dental patients’ appointments are appropriately scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled, depending on the needs of the patients. The dental receptionist’s responsibilities include entering patient information into our data system, answering patients’ phone calls and arranging referrals to other dental specialists. This position also does electronic billing for our dental clinic (submitting claims, prior authorizations, working directly with insurance companies regarding patient coverage and denials, etc.).

Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma and at least 2 years of successful office experience is required. Previous experience using Dentrix (dental practice management software) is strongly preferred.
