Our team is responsible for executing sub-system and system level integration and tests for new and existing products.What You Will Be DoingAs the IT&E Engineer, you will be responsible for working in the laboratory onsite:• Generating and executing sub-system and system level integration and test plans/procedures • Supporting the preparation of test equipment and facilities required for test events• Supporting Design Verification Tests (DVT) and Qualification tests, including Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), and Functional Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) for new hardware • Support Failure investigations and resolution of hardware, software and test equipment anomalies that have occurred during system and subsystem testing• Provide engineering evaluations of redesigns or upgrades to the existing missile • This position requires the ability to travel domestically to support program test events and meetings.Why Join UsWe're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Integration, Test, and Evaluation (IT&E) Engineer to join our team. Basic Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Physics.• Minimum 3 years of experience in Integration and Test (I&T)• Strong understanding of test planning, testexecution, and test analysis principles• Experience with test fixture design, test procedure development, and test script creation• Active Secret ClearanceDesired Skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams• Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field• 5+ years of experience in I&T, with a focus onenvironmental testing and Design DVT• Experience with HALT testing and production, latent manufacturing defect testing• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, and DO-160• Familiarity with test automation frameworks andtools, such as LabVIEW or TestStand• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as MATLAB or Python• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment with multiple priorities and deadlines• Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex test data and provide recommendations for product design improvements• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision• Strong attention to detail, with ability to ensureaccurate and reliable test results• Experience with design assurance reviews as it relates to verification methods and planning• Experience with preparing for Test Readiness and Flight Readiness ReviewsPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
