Discover more about Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control.MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.Basic Qualifications- STEM degree at the Bachelor level or above and/or equivalent experience/combined education. - Experience with corrective and preventive actions.- Experience implementing mistake proofing process controls. - Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to effectively interact, communicate, and built strong relationships with management at all levels, as well as customers and stakeholders. - Experience designing and analyzing inspection and testing processes, mechanisms and equivalent; conducting product quality tests, performing statistical analysis to assess product or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications. - This position will be located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.Desired Skills- STEM degree at the Bachelor level or above preferred.- Ability to obtain a security clearance - Experience with developing statistical process control run charts and Tableau. - Proficiency in MS Office, with expertise in Excel - Ability to work with multiple internal and external customers, including DCMA customers. - Experience with manufacturing processes and electronic assemblies, e.g. epoxy/sealant application, painting, electro-mechanical assembly, optics, soldering, cable & harness fabrication, etc.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
