Operating Room RN (Circulator) — Surgical Services | Full-Time | Sign-On Bonus Available | Sidney, MT

Pay: $32.05 – $67.07 per hour (dependent on relevant experience)

Schedule: Full-Time | up to 80 hours per pay period (every 2 weeks)
Bonus: Sign-on bonus available
Call: Includes on-call PACU coverage
Union: Represented by the Montana Nurses Association

Were partnering with a highly respected, not-for-profit community medical center in Sidney, Montana to hire an Operating Room Registered Nurse (Circulator) . As part of the Surgical Services team, youll support safe, efficient surgical care across the perioperative continuum.

• Perform OR circulating responsibilities (pre-op through intra-op support)

• Provide post-op/PACU care coverage on-call (pediatric and adult patients)

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care during the surgical experience

• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and the interdisciplinary perioperative team

• Help ensure a positive, safe surgical process for every patient

Licensure

• Current RN license (Montana or compact state)

Certifications

• ACLS

• PALS

Experience

• No OR experience required — comprehensive training/orientation provided
