North Bend Powersports is growing, under NEW management and we're looking for an experienced Lead Powersports Technician to help build one of the premier service departments on the Oregon Coast.
If you're the technician everyone comes to when they're stuck, enjoy diagnosing the tough problems, and take pride in producing quality work the first time, we want to talk with you.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, and other powersports vehicles.
- Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Lead by example in quality, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Mentor and develop apprentice and junior technicians.
- Assist the Service Manager with workflow, scheduling, and shop productivity.
- Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.
- Ensure every machine leaves the shop safe and repaired correctly the first time.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop environment.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional powersports technician experience preferred.
- Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills.
- Experience with EFI systems, engine rebuilding, suspension, clutch systems, and aftermarket performance accessories.
- Ability to diagnose difficult intermittent issues.
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- OEM certifications are a plus but not required.
