Location Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level or Associate Procurement Agent to join our dynamic team in Seal Beach, California. Position Responsibilities Obtains proposals, evaluates sources, monitors and reports supplier performance Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements to comply with company procedures and federal acquisition requirements Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) Experience in supplier management or supply chain management Experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Experience applying proper writing mechanics, grammar, and punctuation to reports, essays, or other detailed writings Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) Bachelor’s degree or higher Entry Level 1: Related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Associate Level 2: More than 1 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience presenting to multiple levels of an organization Typical Education/Experience Entry Level 1: Typically related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required. Associate Level 2: Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range for Entry Level 1 : $62,900 - $77,700 Summary pay range for Associate Level 2 : $74,800 - $92,400 Application Deadline Applications will be accepted until Jun. 10, 2026. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Position is expected to be 100% onsite.
