Job Summary Boeing is looking for an Entry Level or Associate Procurement Agent to join our dynamic team in Seal Beach, California . The position is 100% onsite, requires U.S. Citizenship, and an ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance. The selected candidate will work the first shift. Responsibilities Obtains proposals, evaluates sources, monitors and reports supplier performance Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements to comply with company procedures and federal acquisition requirements Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities Basic Qualifications Experience in supplier management or supply chain management Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Experience applying proper writing mechanics, grammar, and punctuation to reports, essays, or other detailed writings Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher Entry Level 1: Related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Associate Level 2: More than 1 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience presenting to multiple levels of an organization Typical Education/Experience Entry Level 1: Typically related work experience or relevant military experience. An advanced degree (e.g., Bachelor, Master, etc.) is preferred but not required. Associate Level 2: Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. An advanced degree (e.g., Bachelor, Master, etc.) is preferred but not required. Shift and Location The position is for the first shift and is 100% onsite at Seal Beach, California. Successful candidates must satisfy the company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process. Travel and Relocation Position may require travel up to 15% of the time. Pay & Benefits Competitive base pay with variable compensation opportunities. Summary pay range for Entry Level 1: $62,900 - $77,700. Summary pay range for Associate Level 2: $74,800 - $92,400. Security Clearance This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post‑Start is required. Export Control Requirements The position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements.
