Key Responsibilities

• Documentation: Record customer information and vehicle issues accurately, passing this information to the service technicians for further action.
• Service Recommendations: Advise customers on necessary maintenance and repair services, ensuring they understand the benefits and costs involved.
• Scheduling: Manage the service schedule, coordinating appointments based on technician availability and customer needs to optimize workflow and reduce wait times.
• Follow-Up: Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle repairs and any changes in service recommendations or costs.
• Sales: Upsell additional services and products that may enhance vehicle performance while respecting the customer's budget and preferences.
