Fitness 1 is a 24 hour gym located in Celina, TX. We are currently seeking a front desk sales associate who is high energy, friendly, and has excellent customer service skills!
We're open 24 hours/7 days a week but only staffed 9am-9pm, which means no early mornings or late nights! Our shifts run from 9am-3pm or 3pm - 9pm, so please keep that in mind when applying.
We are currently looking for someone with open or semi-open availability.
-->**Second jobs are difficult for us to work around** <-- the ideal candidate will have the ability to work some evenings, some mornings and Saturdays.
Only part time positions are available at the moment. Must be 18 or older to apply due to tanning bed regulations.
The ideal candidate takes initiative, is outgoing & professional, and works well with people/customers.
Responsibilities :
-Greeting members with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
-Cleaning and maintaining the gym equipment, machines, tanning beds, and locker rooms
-Providing great service to members and guests by answering phone calls, setting up appointments
-Sell memberships and upgrades
-Setting members up in the tanning beds
-Providing tours of the gym
-Accepting payments from members
-Attends and participates in all general and team meetings.
Must be flexible to work various shifts (some morning/night/and weekend shifts)
Starting pay $14.00-$14.50/hr+ Commissions , depending on experience!
