Role Description

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you are often the first person our families interact with. You will help create a positive, welcoming experience by greeting families, answering questions, assisting with scheduling, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with our instructors and management team to ensure daily operations run smoothly while helping families feel valued and supported. The ideal candidate is patient, friendly, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where children and families are the focus. You will report to the General Manager during your shifts and provide administrative and customer support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Manage inbound and outbound emails throughout day
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Make and move bookings, assist families in scheduling needs
• Keep track of logs under Google Drive
• Friendly engagement of families by phone and in person.
• Multitask to efficiently and professionally maintain accurate records and answer customer questions.
• Be a team player who is consistently dependable and reliable.
• Complete required training and be a continual learner.
• Follow our systems with a focus on follow through and details.
• Smile and have fun during your entire shift.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine enjoyment of working with children and families.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching and feedback.
• Previous customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
