About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief People and Experience Officer (CPXO) to join their executive leadership team. The CPXO will be responsible for providing enterprise-wide leadership in human resources, talent strategy, organizational development, workforce planning, and change management. A key aspect of the role is the stewardship of the company's culture, with a focus on championing a high-touch team member experience that promotes engagement, belonging, personal growth, and mission impact. The successful candidate will also be tasked with designing and implementing leadership development frameworks, ensuring HR compliance, and staying abreast of regulatory and labor standards.
