Entry-Level Commercial Roofing Estimator / Sales Representative

Salary: Salary plus Commission

MGC Roofing & Construction is an employee-owned commercial roofing contractor specializing in roof repairs, maintenance, and coating systems. We are looking for a motivated, driven individual who wants to transition into an Estimator / Sales role and grow within a company that values long-term development.

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone eager to learn the business side of roofing. We provide hands-on training to help you build the skills needed to succeed in estimating, client relationships, and project evaluation.

What Youll Do

Generate and follow up on leads within commercial properties (apartments, hotels, warehouses, etc.)
Build and maintain relationships with property managers and facility teams
Conduct roof inspections and identify repair or maintenance opportunities
Learn how to create take-offs, proposals, and inspection reports
Present repair and maintenance solutions to clients
Track activity and manage opportunities in Salesforce

What Were Looking For

Background in roofing or construction (preferred but not required)
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
Eagerness to grow into a long-term career in commercial roofing
