I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of eight. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation in customer service and agency operations. I'm family-oriented, enjoy traveling, and believe in building an agency where people can grow both personally and professionally. Our team enjoys spending time together through office outings and team events, and we've built a culture that feels more like family than coworkers. Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative with Christopher Alfaro - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
