Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in Wichita. This role is critical in ensuring the optimal performance of our manufacturing equipment and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical background, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Bosch standards.
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Qualifications

Work Environment

• Regular operation of order pickers and forklifts, including extended time at elevated heights
• Warehouse/dock environment that is not climate-controlled
• Physically active role requiring equipment operation, material handling, and situational awareness
