Senior Interior Designer

Core Job Listing We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with a sophisticated design point of view, exceptional technical ability, strong organization, and a high level of ownership. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, this role leads complex high-end residential projects from concept through construction and installation, guides Interior Designers, collaborates closely with clients and trades, and takes responsibility for ensuring design intent is accurately documented and successfully executed in the field. Responsibilities Lead projects from concept development through construction administration and installation. Own the accuracy, coordination, and completeness of drawing sets, specifications, details, schedules, and design documentation. Direct and prioritize the work of Interior Designers and review deliverables for quality and accuracy. Work directly with contractors, architects, electricians, plumbers, millworkers, fabricators, window and door vendors, and other trades. Develop sophisticated design concepts, FF&E selections, and client presentations. Lead custom millwork and furniture design, detailing, and fabrication coordination. Maintain strong working knowledge of applicable codes and construction requirements. Coordinate with procurement and project management teams on schedules, budgets, and execution. Help evolve studio systems, workflows, and emerging technologies that improve quality and efficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr Business of Home
