Marketing Coordinator

Kuttin Wealth Management is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of the firm’s marketing initiatives and client experiences. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, this individual will play a vital role in helping the firm execute thoughtful marketing initiatives and deliver exceptional experiences for clients and strategic partners. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for bringing projects from concept to completion. This individual will help ensure marketing initiatives are executed with excellence and consistency. Key Responsibilities Event Planning & Execution Assist in planning and executing client appreciation events, educational seminars, workshops, and firm experiences. Coordinate event logistics including registration lists, nametags, materials, vendors, and on‑site details. Attend firm events and provide hands‑on support, including occasional evening responsibilities. Ensure every event reflects the high standards and client experience expectations of Kuttin Wealth Management. Social Media & Content Support Support the firm’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Schedule and publish content across platforms. Draft captions and maintain content calendars. Compile and report on basic social media and campaign performance metrics. Stay current on social media trends and best practices. Content Creation Create graphics and marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Edit short‑form videos using CapCut or similar platforms. Capture professional photos and videos at firm events and initiatives. Organize and maintain digital marketing assets and media libraries. Compliance & Marketing Support Assist with Ameriprise compliance submissions and track approvals through completion. Update marketing materials based on compliance feedback and revisions. Help ensure marketing initiatives are completed accurately and on time. Project Coordination Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and project deliverables. Order marketing materials and coordinate with vendors on project execution. Provide day‑to‑day support to the Director of Marketing & Brand Experience to ensure projects are executed efficiently and deadlines are met. Help keep marketing initiatives moving forward while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Qualifications 2–5 years of marketing, communications, event planning, or related experience. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience supporting or coordinating events. Strong understanding of social media platforms and content execution. Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to contribute wherever needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience within financial services or another professional services environment. Familiarity with Salesforce or Go High Level.
