Financial Service SpecialistRemote opportunity on the Centralized Authorizations team! Do you have strong attention to detail and great communication skills?The Financial Services Specialist is responsible for accurately identifying and registering patient insurance and benefit details while safeguarding protected health information (PHI). This role interacts with patients using system tools to gather information, explain financial responsibilities, and guide those needing financial assistance. The Financial Services Specialist may also generate insurance and self-pay estimates to ensure efficient, timely processing before services are provided.Provides financial education and/or financial assistance opportunities to consumers prior to services being renderedCollects balances or other monies due at time of pre-registration processCreates self-pay and insurance estimatesRemote schedule opportunity candidates in the Hampton Roads area (Virginia).
