As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lee Hudson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
Responsibilities include managing customer accounts and updating information in the database, assisting customers with policy changes and inquiries, processing insurance claims and following up with customers on claim status, and coordinating with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications include strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent customer service and communication skills, and previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred. Compensation is $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Health Insurance. Our office is located in Virginia Beach, VA, and our office is open 9am-5pm.
