As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lee Hudson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts and updating information in the database, assisting customers with policy changes and inquiries, processing insurance claims and following up with customers on claim status, and coordinating with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications include strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent customer service and communication skills, and previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred. Compensation is $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
