Insurance Producer
Milt Rawles State Farm Agency is searching for a competitive producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. Your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. If you are energetic, goal-oriented, and sales-minded, we are excited to harness your talents in this rewarding opportunity to build your career.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
Qualifications:
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Able to obtain Property & Casualty license
- Able to obtain Life/Health License

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Virginia Beach.
- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
- We have over 35 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Bronze Tablet
