What You’ll Do As a Business Analyst, you will connect business units, vendors, and technology teams to help turn business needs into practical solutions. You’ll partner with stakeholders, subject matter experts, project managers, and delivery teams to define project scope and translate requirements into clear business requirements, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Throughout the project lifecycle, you’ll help ensure solutions support business objectives, member needs, operational readiness, and risk considerations. Success in this role requires strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and adaptability. Knowledge And Skills Minimum Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience. 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst conducting business analysis activities and documenting business requirements. Experience working with all levels of staff, management and vendors. Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies. Foundational experience in Project Management RFP and Vendor Selection experience - preferred Experience creating wire frames - preferred Physical Requirements Sitting: Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palm. Visual Demands: Visual acuity to do things such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Lifting Demands: Up to 10 lbs.
