Overview
At All Ways Caring HomeCare our Caregivers play a crucial role in providing individualized care that suits the needs of each client in the comfort of their homes. While no prior experience is necessary, we welcome experienced caregivers, so you can advance your career with us. We're looking for compassionate, caring individuals—whether new to the field or experienced professionals—who want to make a real difference in the lives of our clients with developmental disabilities and feel great about their work every day. No experience required, but prior caregiving experience is a plus!

Responsibilities
Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include, but not limited to the following:
- Meal preparation
- Housekeeping
- Companionship
- Personal hygiene care
- Transportation assistance
- Other light duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- No prior experience necessary. Orientation and training provided
- Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
