Strategic Construction Project Coordinator

Sea Breeze Properties LLC

Sea Breeze Properties is looking for a Project Coordinator to provide vital administrative and operational support to the Construction team. This position involves coordinating project documentation and managing communications with subcontractors to ensure timely execution of construction projects. Ideal candidates will have experience in construction or real estate, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
