Job Title: Behavioral Health Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Trauma Disorders Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Permanent RN license required Certifications: BCLS required Must-Have: First-time travelers accepted Description: This position is for a registered nurse specializing in behavioral health with a focus on trauma disorders. Candidates must have at least two years of relevant experience. The role involves working as the charge RN during shifts without a pay bump for those hours. Weekend shifts are required every other week. All travelers are expected to float to any age population when scheduling requires. Familiarity with Allscripts (Sunrise) EMR is preferred. Candidates must submit a receipt of completed fingerprinting for clearance. Drug screening is required, and candidates must pass on the first try. RTO must be included in the initial application. Candidates cannot have tested positive for marijuana to be considered for this role. This organization does not allow temporary RN licenses; a permanent license is mandatory for submission. There will be no exceptions for those who have previously applied for permanent positions.
